Wander Alarm

The wander alarm keeps your loved ones safe! It alerts caregivers when persons or family members who tend to wander leave a room or open a window. This easy-to-use alarm consists of two parts: a door sensor that is mounted in the person's room and a wireless receiver/alarm that can be carried by the caregiver or hung on a wall. The receiver operates at a range of up to 100' (30m). Alert mode can be set to chime or vibrate. The sensor can be attached easily to either side of a doorjamb or window. When a door or window is opened, an electronic signal is sent to the receiver alerting the caregiver that the person is wandering out of safe range. Receiver operates on 9-volt battery (not included), door switch requires 12-volt battery (included). Mounting materials are included.
