This battery charger is for recharging NICAD and NIMH batteries only. Regular ALKALINE batteries are not rechargeable and could cause damage or injury if recharging is attempted.

Charges full charge within 5-6 hours. Can charge 4 batteries at a time of sizes AA, AAA, C, or D, and 1 battery at a time of size 9 volt.
